Shipment
When will I receive my order?
We prepare orders every Wednesday for shipment the following Monday. Shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:
Europe: Between 5 and 8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
Where is my order shipped from?
From Madrid to the rest of the world!
Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs fees. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by your customs agency. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs authorities for clarification.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
● Ask about your order at your local post office.
● Ask your neighbors if the delivery person left your package with them.
Prevent theft. If you won't be home on the delivery day, use your work address or the address where you'll be.
If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at info@juanjolopezart.es with your order number.
If there is a problem with your shipping address, we can resend your product, but you will have to cover the costs.
Note: Your postal code is a crucial part of your address. Please make sure you enter it correctly.

How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at info@juanjolopezart.es.
I received the wrong or a damaged product. What should I do?
We're sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please email us at info@juanjolopezart.es within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about the order.
We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!

What is your returns policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something happens to your order, please contact us at info@juanjolopezart.es.
Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this is the case for you, please contact us at info@juanjolopezart.es with photos of your item and we will find a solution.
